Phyrexia (ファイレクシヤ) is one of the three immortal demons that were sealed to prevent the destruction of the world. She was unleashed by Chlordane with the Book of the Dead.
Appearance[]
Phyrexia has grey hair and an unknown eye color, due to them being covered by a black blindfold. She also appears to have blood dripping from where her eyes are supposed to be.
Her clothing consists of a grey bra, grey armlets, grey shorts with criss-cross laces on the sides, along with black and grey knee-high boots.

"Long ago, the girl was born into a turbulent era. Seeking power to take revenge against those who had taken everything from her, she embarked on a quest to find the blind dragon.
Finally discovering the god's graveyard, the girl called forth the blind dragon. In exchange for granting her its power, the dragon demanded her sight. Accepting this pact, the girl exchanged her vision for immortality and acquired the dragon's power. She annihilated the perpetrators that had taken everything from her, exacting her revenge.
Subsequently, the girl continued to battle in the kingdom for a hundred years without aging, achieving great honor. When she marched into battle, dragons inexplicably descended from the sky to provide support, unleashing devastating firepower that would destroy enemy nations. During that era, she fought alongside the legendary dragon knights, earning the title of the weapon Phyrexia.
Due to her extraordinary strength and unchanging appearance, the girl was perceived as a witch by the kingdom and executed. However, as she did not die, she became even more feared, being labeled a hero turned demon. Subsequently, with the power of sages, she was imprisoned in the underground dungeon of the kingdom, entering an eternal slumber. After a long passage of time, Chlordane arrived at this location."

- Phyrexia is confirmed to be 16 years old, according to Masa's tweet.
- She and Jeanne are the only characters wearing a blindfold over their eyes.
- Phyrexia was meant to be in a series named "Sally Dreamwalker", where she and Morian were involved in the series, but the series was scrapped for unknown reasons and they had been moved to Maha's Story.
